Campaigns & broadcasts

Template sends to a segment, batch-paced, tracked per recipient from sent to read.

Product catalogue & orders

Send products into a chat from the inbox; the customer builds a cart and sends the order back.

AI knowledge agents

Agents answer from your own documents and hand to a human at explicit gates.

REST API & webhooks

Everything the dashboard does, across nine routers, with HMAC-signed event delivery.

CRM embed & SSO

Run the whole inbox inside your own CRM, signed in as the agent already using it.

Free tools

Click-to-chat link generator

A wa.me link that opens WhatsApp with your message already typed. Put it on a button, a QR code, or an ad.

Questions

The ones that actually decide it.

How does Meta conversation pricing actually work?
Meta bills per 24-hour conversation window, not per message — once a window opens, every message inside it is covered by that one charge. The rate depends on the category (marketing, utility, authentication, service) and the destination country, and service conversations that the customer starts are free. We pass Meta’s published rate through at cost and add nothing to it; your Whatbot plan is a separate, flat platform fee.
How do I connect my WhatsApp number?
Through Meta’s Embedded Signup, which happens inside a Meta-hosted window — your credentials never touch us. Connecting a number means assigning the WABA, registering the number on the Cloud API, and subscribing our app to it so inbound messages arrive. Onboarding is operator-assisted today: Zetta Technologies runs those steps with you on the demo call, which is also why the trial starts with a conversation rather than a credit-card form.
How are the secrets in my flows protected?
A flow’s HTTP node references a secret by name; the value itself never enters the flow graph, so it cannot leak through an export or a screenshot of the canvas. Values are encrypted at rest with Fernet (AES-128-CBC with an HMAC-SHA256 authentication tag) and stored tagged as enc:v1:, decrypted only at the moment the node runs. A secret that is missing or undecryptable fails the node outright rather than quietly sending an empty header, and a secret still referenced by a flow cannot be deleted.
Can I run this inside our own CRM?
Yes. The inbox embeds as an iframe and signs the agent in with an HMAC-signed SSO hand-off from your CRM, so nobody logs in twice. It is available on the Enterprise plan.
