Data Deletion Request

Zetta Tech respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of the information we hold about you from your WhatsApp communications with our business.

What data this covers

Your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, the content of messages and media you exchanged with our business, and related conversation metadata stored in our customer-communication system.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us, so we can locate your data.
3. We will verify the request and delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
4. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.

You may also send a WhatsApp message containing the word "DELETE" to our business number to start a deletion request.
